Ginger Wellness Water
Ingredients
1½-2 inches (4-5 cm) fresh ginger root, peeled and thinly sliced4 cups (1 liter) waterJuice of ½ lemon (optional)1-2 teaspoons honey (optional)Fresh mint leaves (optional)InstructionsBring the water to a boil in a saucepan.Add the sliced ginger and reduce the heat to a gentle simmer.Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let it steep for another 5 minutes.
