Homemade Collagen Boosting Powder, That Has Science Behind It

Hibiscus powder — rich in anthocyanin antioxidants (the deep-red pigments) that help defend collagen from breakdown; adds a lovely tart flavor.
Moringa powder — brings minerals and a spread of amino acids, the actual bricks collagen is built from, alongside more antioxidants.
Ceylon cinnamon (optional) — for flavor, and its antioxidants may gently support steadier blood sugar, which matters because sugar spikes damage collagen through a process called glycation.
Optional booster: a small spoon of camu camu or acerola powder — two of the highest vitamin C fruits in the world — if you want to push the vitamin C content higher.
