Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 large eggs, lightly beaten with a bit of salt
1 pound thinly sliced ham
1 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped
Nonstick cooking spray
Everything bagel seasoning, as needed
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F and line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent roll dough, evenly spacing each triangle portion on the tray.
In a skillet melt butter and add whisked eggs, mixing until the eggs are scrambled. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate.
Place a bit of ham on top of each crescent roll triangle. Top with a bit of scrambled egg, cheese, and green onions. Repeat this with the remaining crescent rolls.
From the base of the triangle, roll up the crescent rolls. Lightly spray each roll with baking spray and sprinkle on everything bagel seasoning.
Bake in preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes. The tops should be golden and the cheese is slightly melting out of the rolls. Serve warm and enjoy!
